Savanna Concierge, LLC. a property management company, offers this large 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom single-family home perfect for a family with kids and/or pets. The home is located of East Midway Road, centralized off US-1, in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Just one block from Collins Park, equipped with a jungle-gym/swings, and less than a mile from the Savanna Recreation Area and the Indian River. The exterior of the home offers views of the spacious unfenced yard from a covered porch, perfect for outdoor family gatherings and views of the adjacent Savannas. The interior has an open design, entering from the front door into a large living room, only a buffet style bar separates the living room from the kitchen, behind which lies a separate dinning room.  The master bedroom features his & hers closet spaces, leading to a private bathroom. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on the property, a new hot water heater, plenty of closet storage and central AC.

The home is pet friendly, with a one-time $100.00 deposit per pet. Pitbull's are accepted with proof of liability insurance & up-to-date vaccine/rabies shot records provided at lease signing and at each renewal.

Savanna Concierge leases typically run for 1-year with options to renew at the end of each term. 

Please note, there is a $100.00 application fee, for the completion of a background check & credit check that are required of each adult 18yrs+ who will reside in the home. If you wish to apply, please click the link below to access the application. We will not process an application until the application fee has been paid. We accept cash, check, money orders and cashiers checks (no debt/credit cards or cash apps). We can provide a receipt upon request.

We run submitted applications on a first come, first served basis. If an application submitted before you is selected to move in, your application funds will be returned to you. However, if your application is denied or if you choose to withdraw your application for any reason, we do not refund the application fee.

 

If your application is pre-approved, we require first month's rent, last month's rent & a one months rent security deposit (+pet fee) within seven (7) days of the initial notice of approval, to hold the property. After this 7 day hold, if you do not have the funds available, we will deny the application and your application fee is forfeit. 

 

The rent for 337 Midway is $1,850.00 per month, therefore a total of $5,550.00 (+pet fee) is required in full, at lease signing.
